| The destruction form of the gabled frame beam-column panel zone is caused by shear force. Our country’s Technical Code for gabled Frame Light Steel Structure Houses CECS102:2002 covers the domain of beam-column connection node design for web shear calculation rule, and put forward the reinforcement measures such as setting the diagonal stiffener, but it fails to make more detailed instructions of the construction and design. Besides, there is no clear boundaries in the regulation of node rigidity,which cannot reach the design requirements for ideal rigid node. The set of diagonal stiffener is an effective way to improve the node rigidity, but problems about the welding residual stress caused by welding seam arises. Meanwhile, it is commonly that the designers are not familiar with the effect of the welding residual stress damages. As a result, it is of practical significance to take the the welding residual stresses as a consideration into panel zone design.This paper concluded those problems and research results and sorted the related theory. When selected the frame rigidity, it requires to check calculation of node in actual engineering first, and then through the co-work software combined modeling method of Autodesk Revit, Hypermesh and MSC. Marc will be used to calculate finite element number of welding residual stress on the panel zone. It concluded that the panel zone complex welding residual stress distribution of the state, and carried on the thorough analysis.By determining the node domain stiffness and rigidity classification calculation proves set diagonal stiffener is an effective means to achieve full rigidity node, in the adverse effects of welding residual stress should ensure full rigid nodes.According to the state of residual stress distribution in node domain, we found that position relationship between the panel zone dense welds crisscross, which maked the panel zone of welding residual stress distribution complex. This paper pointed out that the welding residual stress will increase the strength of steel node domain to a certain extent,enhance web film effect, but is lower ductility, brittleness increases expense, but can also make the web central yield position change, the emergence of the web and obliquestiffeners torsional buckling, local buckling transverse stiffeners and other issues.After the analysis of residual stress on the adverse impact of the panel zone, From the perspective of welding residual stress emphasized the necessity to reach a full rigid nodes, Proposed adding stiffness computing and rigidity of discrimination requires in node domain design, it putted forward suggestion including the diagonal stiffener of torsional buckling and checking calculation of equivalent cross section. At the same time, in order to prevent the failure in advance, it introduced flexural member to support the stability calculation of stiffener way to ensure that the thickness of the panel zone transverse stiffener. Finally, from the design calculation, structure adjustment and process improvement of the panel zone design, suggestion to avoid the dangers of welding residual stress is presented in this paper. |
