Bolt retaining wall is used to maintain slope stability measures. The main load of earth pressure as slope retaining structures to withstand. It had become a key factor that determine the anchor rod and retaining wall stability. It has been attracting the attention of a large number of scholars in the country and abroad. The general condition, people used coulomb theory to calculate the retaining wall’s fracture surface. Engineering practice prove that in the case of dense layer of soil slope anchor, the retaining wall’s rupture surface is not match coulomb theory. So in the case of dense layer of soil slope anchor, classic earth pressure to rupture surface was optimized for future applications in engineering is very necessary and meaningful. The main analyzes as follows:①According to the limit equilibrium theory, to make depth analysis and research in the dense layer of soil slope retaining wall. Calculate the actual results of the coulomb earth pressure theory and distribution of soil pressure, and stress the need for soil amendment.②Based on static balance method or the equivalent beam method, used these two theory to calculate the internal forces rib pillar and anchor of the internal forces. In order to carry out the rib pillars and retaining plate and bolt design, as to obtained in the case of soil slope retaining bolt overall design.③Briefly describes the basic principles of the reinforces soil retaining walls and the anchoring mechanism dense layer of soil slope retaining wall.
