This article establish fluid- solid coupling model, mainly based on the theoretical foundation of grouting, comparative analysis of the existing grouting effect model, obtain optimum control factor analytic solution grouting, and investigate the fractured surrounding rock grouting reinforcement mechanism and sealing mechanism. This article relies on a particular area of a typical water-rich underground engineering project using FLAC3 D finite element software, based on the derived analytical solutions and related tests to determine the model calculation parameters later verified by simulation of grouting surrounding rock performance improved actually by the surrounding rock elastic modulus, cohesion and internal friction angle; and grouting has the better performance is mainly controlled by the permeability coefficient、the lining displacement and other control factors. Test results show that grouting, the method of underground engineering, treat poor geological disasters with good results. This article das the following work:1) a systematic analysis of the surrounding rock grouting theory at home and abroad, combined with fluid solid coupling model theory, find the control parameters affecting the grouting. The control effect of grouting reinforcement influence parameters are the surrounding rock’s elastic modulus, Poisson ratio, cohesive and internal friction angle and the control effect of sealing grouting influence parameters are surrounding rock permeability coefficient and lining drainage volume.2) according to the theory of fluid solid coupling model made such assumptions and established numerical model, derived permeability coefficient and lining drainage volume. according with the relevant test surrounding rock’s elastic modulus, Poisson’s ratio and cohesion and angle of internal friction angle of the relationship before and after the grouting, to determine the two sets of parameters.3) Relying on a mountain tunnel project, using the finite element software FLAC3 D to simulate surrounding rock mechanical properties and permeability under the conditions of before and after the grouting.
