With the rapid development of aerospace engines,because the cylindrical gas film seal can solve the friction and wear of the sealing element and the rotating shaft in the radial direction,the cylindrical gas film sealing structure has been continuously studied,especially in the numerical value.Simulation and software simulation.In this paper,the parametric modeling of the gas film sealing system with a slot structure is first carried out.In the parametric modeling process,how to use the DM module in Proe and Workbench to jointly model the flow channel extraction of a word slot.The meshing software ANSA with high precision is selected to solve the problem that the model is too large and the eccentricity cannot be symmetrically meshed.Based on the relevant theoretical basis of CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),Fluent is used to set,simulate and calculate the pressure film part in detail,and obtain the pressure cloud map distribution and velocity vector diagram and sealing performance data.The cylindrical gas film sealing structure with flexible support was designed by using fluid dynamic pressure lubrication theory and sealing principle.The influence of different operating parameters and model structural parameters on sealing performance was studied by controlling the variables.The related theoretical basis of unidirectional fluid-solid coupling is introduced,and how to build a unidirectional fluid-solid coupling platform in software Workbench.A simple model assumption is made for the foil foil and the floating ring,and the mathematical model formula is listed.The ANSA is used to mesh the wave foil and floating ring of the flexible support.Import the grid into the Workbench via the FEM module.In the import model and model delivery,it will consume a lot of resources and time of the computer,so select the workstation with strong function for related transmission and calculation.Through the control variable simulation of gas film thickness,eccentricity,Poisson's ratio,elastic modulus,and the number of foils,and the maximum,minimum,and average values of equivalent stress,the maximum and minimum deformation amount.The value and average analysis show that the flexible support of the foil-foil structure has better resistance to deformation,so when selecting materials and structures,the parameters with large deformation variables are selected to achieve better flexible deformation and adapt to the radial direction of the shaft.Produce the effect of the associated displacement on the seal.The research work in this paper is a one-way coupling analysis of cylindrical gas film seals,which provides a certain reference basis for logic,theoretical methods and software operation.
