Recycled aggregate concrete due to its good characteristics of environmental protection and resource conservation, more and more get the attention of the researchers.But because of its own has some factors of birth defects, lead to the application of recycled aggregate concrete under certain restrictions.This paper modified the point of view of recycled aggregates, the paper puts forward a evaluation index based on the thickness of the subject, and the rationality of the angles to study verified by line.The first part of this article focuses on by dealing with different mineral powder slurry wrapped slurry water slurry ratio under different wrapped slurry thickness difference, calculated by the method of water film calculated area of recycled coarse aggregate average surface area, using fractal theory calculation.After using modified incremental calculation of the quality of the recycled coarse aggregate(gravel) wrapped slurry thickness model, and from the perspective of different thickness of wrapped slurry to detect new recycled aggregate indicators numerical, explore wrapped slurry thickness effects on the performance of recycled coarse aggregate.The second part with the same mixture ratio, the different thickness of pulp model, different recycled aggregate ratio and fly ash content as a variable factor, 3 factors 4 levels of orthogonal test design.Through the test of the recycled concrete compressive strength and splitting tensile strength for the effects of three factors on recycled concrete mechanics performance levels.In accordance with the fly ash, on the mechanical properties of recycled aggregate, the optimal combination, a study on the durability test experiment.Research mainly on the thickness of the wrapped slurry treatment for different variable factors, and to seek the conclusion of wrapped slurry thickness model formula for the durability of recycled concrete related impact level.The third part is the analysis of factors associated with the main function of the mechanism and economic feasibility.And from the perspective of guiding the practical production, this paper puts forward the optimized technology of recycled aggregates from model, guarantee for making better economic benefit, production scale big means of producing recycled aggregates.The research train of thought the main conclusions as follows:(1) According to test data be regenerated aggregate model formula, kuangfen class wrapped slurry thickness formula of linear and nonlinear fitting.(2)Wrapped slurry thickness the analysis for the influence of recycled aggregate performance mechanism, think the wrapped slurry thickness shoulds not be too thick or too thin, the authors propose the optimal thickness of 0.15-0.25 mm, and the additive agent level of particles the smaller is suitable for the thickness of the wrapped slurry, high particle level, the greater the wrapped slurry thickness of what it needs to be smaller.(3) Test analysis, under the 20% fly ash, aggregate content related guarantee for mechanical properties of the optimal mix proportioning, and can improve the performance parameters of permeability and thickness of the pretreatment of antifreeze performance parameters.Impact level and regeneration aggregate performance has positive correlation, the appropriate pulp and shell thickness of recycled concrete durability performance significantly.(4) Design be regenerated aggregate manufacturing and processing the merger of the technological process, draw process flow diagram.
