| There was great development of urbanization in China in decades. And as a important part of urbanization, urban landscape construction developed quickly. Preliminary results were achieved when urban ecology was changed by urban landscape green space. But what else we should see there were still many problems during the later period maintains in present. As a result, the effect and role we expected had not shown exactly. We should find the problems and solve them to change and improve our urban living environment, then our urban green space will play its due role.We interviewed, surveyed, cleared up and analyzed the current maintenance of urban landscape green space. It was found that there were still many problems, such as lacking and lagging of standards and specifications in source of urban landscape green space maintenance, less quantitative degree, unbalance of district development, deficiency of expense standard, and so on.Accordance with the existing problems, the significance and methods of standard establishment in urban landscape green space maintenance were showed in the article with current situation. The established standard was specific in format and content requirement. Following requirements were important during standard establishment1.The aims of standard should be clear.2.The content of standard should cover the full and be systemic.3.The content of standard should be available.4.The stipulate of standard should be realizable.5.The evaluation system of standard content should be operability.6.The definition of standard should be clear.Finally, the general format and requirement of standard establishment were summarized in the article. We specially thought about the systematicness of standard. It was stated that some details in maintenance standard was necessary, such as the practices specification of plant maintenance, the qualify evaluation standard of maintenance, the evaluation method of maintenance examination, the gist of fee reference, and so on. Furthermore, every detail was stipulated with the requirement of format during established to avoid missing or lacking of representativeness. Following results were summarized in the article.1.Urban landscape green space maintenance should be decided uniformly and practiced detailedly with different zone.2.Evaluation system of maintenance should be established.3.Maintenance will be improved with better maintenance standard.After the research of establishment and practice method of urban landscape green space standard, the improving and continuous enhancing methods and ways of urban landscape green space maintenance were found. As a result, urban ecology and beautification function of urban landscape green space will be better practiced, and more comfortable, worm and sweet, beautiful living environment will be offered for urban citizens. |
