This article is based on railway construction in YUNNAN region in the big red heat harm and sulphate erosion of complex geological environment, explore the high temperature heat harm on the influence of the mortar specimen sulfate erosion. Respectively from sulfate solution after soaking the changes of the quality of the mortar specimen, bending load change and sulfuric acid root ion content in the mortar specimens changes in the three aspects are analyzed. And get the following conclusion:(1) temperature changes impact on the quality of mortar specimen①test (1,2,3) months, the quality of the mortar specimen change of proportion of mortar specimen has been the biggest influence on, the second is the test temperature, erosion of the influence of solution concentration is minimal.②test (1,2,3) months, mortar mixture ratio of the specimens and test temperature on the quality of the mortar specimens are very significant, erosion solution concentration change in the quality of mortar specimen is not significant.③erosion under the condition of solution concentration is 0 mg/L, with the increase of test age, the quality of the mortar specimen showed a trend of rising.2000 mg/L,4000 mg/L, with the increase of test age, the quality of the mortar specimen showed a trend of decline.(2) mortar specimen bending load changes①test (1,2,3) months, the change of the mortar specimen bending load of proportion of mortar specimen has been the biggest influence on, the second is the test temperature, erosion of the influence of solution concentration is minimal.②test (1,2,3) months, mortar specimen mixture ratio and test temperature of mortar specimen bending load change are very significant, erosion solution concentration change in the quality of mortar specimen is not significant.③Erosion solution concentration of 0 mg/L, the temperature is 20 ℃ and 60 ℃, the quality of the mortar specimens increases with the increase of age. Concentration of 2000 mg/L and 4000 mg/L, with the increase of test age, rendering mortar specimen bending load first after rising downward trend.④in different experimental conditions, mortar specimens corrosion resistance coefficient are different, most of the corrosion resistance coefficient of < 1, there are a small number of erosion resistance coefficient> 1.(3) the change of the sulfuric acid root ion content in the mortar specimensWith the increase of temperature, sulfuric acid root ion content in the mortar specimens show increasing trend. Because temperature can influence the permeability of sulfuric acid root ion, quicken the penetration rate of sulfuric acid root ion.This article can be under the high temperature thermal pollution, at the same time by sulfate erosion project and building project under construction to provide certain reference function.
