As the development of the Railway transpotation business, the requirement for the vehicle dynamic performance is more and more strict, no matter the ordinary locomotive or the high-speed rail. Wheel (axis) weight deviation is an important index of vehicle dynamic performance. In this paper, based on the project EMUs’(Electric Multiple Units) weighing adjustable spring test bench is designed to solve the dynamic weighing of high-speed rail before they leave the factory. The system use the adjustable spring decisions to make the wheel (axis) weight to achieve uniform load distribution.The test bench’s mechanical system is consist of Stay Platform,8 single weight institution; vertical(horizontal)adjustment system; standardization equipment. The design of the control system includes electrical control system and PC control system. Electric control system composed of Siemens S7-300 PLC main station, station 8 S7-200 PLC as child, a master-slave network control structure based on profibus-dp. This paper introduces the development process of the client application software form the system target designment. The realization of PC system needs to solve several key problems, including the database calls, c# mixed with the Matlab programming, design OPC server, realize the main communication with PLC, reports and print functions, etc.This thesis not only analyzes the adjustment method of axle(wheel) load deviation, and also established the mechanics model. Theoretical analyze the mathematical relationship between shim thickness and force..After successfully solving the mathematical model with genetic algorithm, I claim that basing on the practical engineering application the shim thickness will be good if it’s Integer. The model changed into a mixed integer quadratic optimization problem. In this paper, the integer encoding of genetic algorithm are used to get the solution matrix.
