Geotechnical centrifuge test, at present, the image acquisition in the model cabinet more relies on the way of fixed camera position. Caused by the fixed shooting focal length and the wide shooting range, the image quality is poor and has a great influence on the accuracy of test. Based on the image acquisition system of Southwest Jiaotong University geotechnical centrifuge laboratory as the background, this paper take a further research of the mobile photographic agency control system.As system works in centrifugal conditions, the stress of the structure is more diverse and complex, putting forward higher requirements on the accuracy of motion control. Based on the centrifugal force influence, this essay will carry on the analysis and model of the environment, thus taking the load torque applied to the motor shaft. The paper will also analyze the problems in the progress of motor controlling referencing the MATLAB/Simulink and design the controller based on fuzzy feedforward load compensation.The hardware design is the running foundation of the whole control system, in which, the embedded soft PLC produced by Beckhoff has been used as the core controller, and the linear encoder as well as the I/O devices have been selected according to the using requirements. While in the selection of the motor, based on sufficient calculation and analysis, the servo drive has been used.The Software design of the control system can be divided into two parts:the lower computer software and the upper computer software. In this paper, by using the TwinCAT as the lower computer software, the author has developed the motion control of moving camera system in different conditions.
