At present, low-voltage power network of reactive power imbalance is more and more serious. This not only affects the operating efficiency of equipment, but also affects the safe operation of equipment. And the existing low-voltage reactive power compensation controller compensation has some problems,such as, the goal of the compensation controller is single, unreasonable control strategy; Switched capacitor and its switching switch unreasonable, therefore,it is necessary to do research deeply, we learned from the experience of similar products at home and abroad based on the controller,the purpose of which is to solve the problems that exist in the present products and make reactive power automatic control devices to improved gradually.In this paper, some basic explorations have been made under the use of intelligent control of reactive power compensation in the application,considering some control deficiencies, combined with reactive control of practical experience, the voltage, power factor control of fuzzy inference system have been designed. The fuzzy inference system reduces the measured value as a result of small changes caused by concussion, which caused unnecessary switching capacitor. According to fuzzy control rules and the adoption of MATLAB calculated offline, the control table meets in single-chip ARM programming needs. Fuzzy Control incarnares the synthesized controlling of voltage and power factor,which avoids a lot of mathematical calculations, increase the stability of the system, reducing the number of capacitor action.This paper designed a set of low-voltage reactive power compensation device mixed to S3C2440 chip as the core, completed the voltage, current acquisition circuit and multiplier PLL circuit design; man-machine port circuit is composed of matrix LCD and keyboard,both of which were held by BSP, achieved a display operation functions; Fill with the use of three-phase total compensation mixed phase compensation to achieve the three-phase unbalanced load reactive power compensation; the use of silicon can be controlled with magnetic self-perpetuating relay composite Switched Capacitor switch to achieve zero-voltage when the conduction and current zero cut-off, capacitor switching without inrush current ,non-harmonic power of small, long life characteristics. Using WinCE as our operating system,by doing this,.it is able to develop various tasks separately and facilitate software maintenance and upgrades conveniently. In order to verify the feasibility of based on fuzzy control of reactive power compensation controller, this device is practicable through experimental verification.
