With the rapid development of Chinese transportation industry, the shortage of resources and energy has become increasingly prominent. As a long-distance transport of rail transport in the proportion of energy consumption is particularly evident. For a long time, the air conditioning system in the total energy consumption of trains running in the proportion of energy consumption is small, not enough attention. However, with the continuous development of Chinese high-speed trains, high-speed train technology is moving in the heat, cold areas expand, air conditioning energy consumption becomes an issue that can’t be ignored.In this paper, based on the structure and operating conditions of high-speed train air conditioning system, analyses the effect of high-speed train air-conditioning energy consumption of eight major factors, namely the body heat insulation wall heat transfer coefficient of the integrated heat transfer coefficient, window, per capita, carrying, fresh air volume air conditioning set temperature, the train operation area, air permeability and speed impact on energy consumption of air conditioning system, and USES the principle of multivariate linear regression, high-speed train air-conditioning system energy consumption prediction model is established.Paper firstly combined with the specification requirements, through the theoretical formula, calculate the typical working conditions of high-speed train energy consumption index, as the basis of comparison and analysis; Using TRNSYS simulation software, the establishment of high-speed train car body model, and the air conditioning system to simulate the typical process of the system under the condition of operation conditions and energy consumption, through simulated factors change the impact on the high-speed train energy consumption of air conditioning system, using the single factor variance analysis, fitting of linear model of the factors and the energy consumption of air conditioning system; The final selection of the orthogonal experiment method is used to determine the working condition of simulated way, according to the simulation results, by using the theory of multiple linear regression, get more factors fitting model of energy consumption of air conditioning system, and gives the energy when the train runs in various climate partition calculation model.Results show that the conditions in the existing train structure, running environment and operation condition, various factors affecting the approximate linear relationship between energy consumption and high-speed train air conditioning systems, through the single factor multiple comparison, finally determine the factors influencing the energy consumption of air conditioning system’s biggest combination. This paper set up the multifactor linear fitting model of energy consumption of air conditioning system, high reliability, can be within the scope of the value of various factors on the air conditioning system energy consumption value forecast, forecast and simulation analysis result error is smaller.
