With the increasing of rail transportation " high speed, high comfort, high security " requirements, especially the difficulties of large span bridges and railway bridges maintenance is also increasing ceaselessly. In order to create a large number of boutique bridge maintenance, to achieve " first-class technology, first-class equipment quality standard, first-class management level, first-class quality, first-class production environment "target, we need to bridge the daily maintenance and maintenance system for continuous exploration and research.Tianxingzhou bridge is China’s first four lines railway bridge, the bridge on the use of a number of key technology and equipment to reach the world advanced level. This paper uses the bridge as an example, first introduced the basic situation and design parameters of the Tianxingzhou Yangtze River Bridge,investigated the daily management and maintenance and repair programs of bridge.Emphasis introduced the Tianxingzhou bridge equipment ZLA-1040 large displacement expansion device, the beam end plate type hinge shaft support, 400KN magnetorheological fluid damper system, rail telescopic adjusting device and cable in cable-stayed bridge system and a number of new technology equipment daily maintenance maintenance, and on the cable stayed bridge bridge maintenance system for the exploration and research.
