In recent years,high-speed railway has achieved great development in China,ballastless track,jointless track and long-span cable-stayed bridge have been more and more widely used.The application of BIM(building information modeling)technology in high-speed railway has changed the construction mode of the project,reduced the waste of resources,and improved the cooperation between all parties involved in the project and the efficiency of project construction.In this paper,a high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge is taken as the research object.Based on this object,the application research of family library construction,BIM model automatic construction,construction schedule management,complex node construction simulation,engineering quantity statistics and so on are carried out.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the component characteristics of a high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge and the geometric relationship of each component,parametric creation of each component family,and build a high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge family library,using the family library to manage the component family,it is convenient to quickly and accurately load the component family into the project.(2)The BIM model of high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge is automatically constructed based on the joint secondary development of CAD and Revit.The relevant information of modeling in two-dimensional drawings is extracted through the secondary development of CAD,and the BIM model of Long-span Railway cable-stayed bridge is automatically constructed through the automatic modeling application program created by the secondary development of Revit;The BIM model of high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge is built successfully by using the functions of copy,mirror and array in the software of Revit.(3)Based on BIM model of a large-span cable-stayed bridge of a high-speed railway,the application of BIM Technology in construction is studied.The dynamic management of construction progress of long-span cable-stayed bridge of high-speed railway is carried out by using BIM Technology to improve the overall progress management level;The BIM Technology is used to simulate the construction of complex joints of 0# block box girder,which makes the internal structure relationship of 0# box girder clearer and the detail dimension more detailed,which can solve the difficult problems in the construction of complex joints of structure and avoid waste of resources.(4)This paper analyzes the differences between the current railway BIM standard and the current railway bill of quantities,constructs the bill of quantities of track and Bridge suitable for high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge,and develops the quantity calculation system of high-speed railway long-span cable-stayed bridge based on the Revit platform and SQL Server database,so as to realize the calculation of quantities directly based on BIM model,It provides a new method for fast statistics of high-speed railway engineering quantity. |
