With the development of long span concrete continuous rigid frame bridge, it can meet the requirements of the force of long span bridge, with the overall performance of the structure is good, strong ability of shock resistance, strong bearing capacity, fast construction and other structural features, therefore occupy an increasingly large proportion in many of the bridge.Long span continuous rigid frame bridge is a statically indeterminate structure, the general use of the cast-in-place cantilever construction method, this is bound to bring the internal force and displacement of bridge structure more complex, in order to ensure the construction quality of the bridge and the safety of bridge construction, bridge construction control is essential link and measures, in the construction process with the linear cantilever length increases the girder may significantly deviate from the designed value resulting in the closure difficulties, and for design and checking, hanging basket construction of closure section relates to the construction difficulties and security, this article from the green Rongcheng Intercity Railway five river bridge across highway 209 continuous frame bridge of the main research contents and achievements are:(1) discuss the method of construction control of continuous rigid frame bridge, the elevation control principle and parameter correction for more detailed analysis, temperature effect on the internal forces of Cantilever Curved Girder Bridge and the effects of deformation, shrinkage and creep of concrete on the internal forces of Cantilever Curved Girder Bridge and the effects of deformation, proposed a linear reasonable monitoring program, established a comprehensive monitoring system, timely acquisition of basic data and technical information, get the bridge box girder deflection change curve in this area in the future, for the same type bridge temperature calculation provides valuable reference data.(2) the design and calculation of prestressed concrete rigid frame bridge construction hanging basket carried on the detailed calculation, the conclusion is drawn through the hanging basket test, it not only eliminates the plastic deformation of hanging basket hanging basket, get elastic deformation rules, but also ensure the hanging basket construction safety, and provide a basis for hanging basket deformation of bridge construction control.(3) because of the side span length up to 7.75m, which belongs to the long cast-in-place section continuous beam bottom plate, and the original ground height is large, prone to support unstable, through the design and checking calculation of span longer edges were educed. Fortreatment and support of foundation bearing capacity of the side span cast-in-place section and building method, used to guide the construction of other bridge zone.(4) the importance of continuous rigid frame bridge are expounded in this paper, major problems in design, the relationship between the closure of continuous rigid frame bridge construction, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and analysis, this article through to the closure segment design and calculation, draw the closure section control key and the closure segment elevation monitoring results were used to guide the smooth closure.
