In recent years,in order to ease the immense pressure faced by the domestic transportation industry,the construction of high-grade highways in our country has begun to develop rapidly in the direction of wide width and ultra-wide width.As bridges are an important part of road traffic,their design width gradually increases with this trend.For the continuous rigid-frame bridge with widely used cantilever construction,with the increase of the width of the bridge design,it will inevitably bring new challenges to the design,manufacture of the wide-hanging basket and its safety during the construction of the cantilever.In this regard,this article takes a typical wide-hanging basket as the research object,and uses Midas Civil to carry out its analysis of mechanical behavior,especially out-of-plane stability,under the influence of super-heavy box girder segment loads and various construction errors.According to the analysis results,the existing wide-width hanging basket structure is optimized in order to further improve the construction performance of the wide-width hanging basket.The specific research work carried out in this paper is as follows:(1)By comparing and analyzing the structure characteristics and applicable scope of the existing hanging basket pattern,aiming at the development trend of super-heavy super wide girder,the reference suggestions for the future development of the hanging basket and some principle issues that the construction hanging basket should consider in the design are proposed.With the aid of specific engineering cases,the basic composition and construction process of a typical diamond hanging basket structure will be described in detail.(2)The paper analyzes the mechanical behavior of the typical wide-span hanging basket construction in detail,and discusses the basic theory,parameter values,basic assumptions,construction analysis conditions,and mechanical evaluation foundations and methods of the finite element analysis of the wide-span basket.(3)Aiming at the error types that affect the lateral stability in the proposed wide-width hanging basket construction,detailed analysis was made on the hanging basket basket construction conditions,walking conditions,and completion conditions of the cast,the basket assembly construction error,ambient wind field error,and mixing error.Under the effect of the hanging basket,the law of lateral stability changes.(4)Based on the consideration of stability,safety and construction cost control forwide-width baskets,according to the small deformation eigenvalue buckling analysis theory combined with finite element,based on the buckling modality and stability coefficient,the spatial stability of the hanging basket is analyzed and discussed.Optimized main truss structure,front lower beam hanging point layout and cross-linked form.
