Study On The Dynamic Error Correction Of Digital Dividing Turntable And Calibration System

Turntable has an important role in the aerospace, aviation, military system and civilian production. Digital dividing turntable as one of turntable also has important applications in various fields. Its advantages and disadvantages of various performance indicators will have an effect on production and development in various fields, so study of the turntable’s performance indicators has academic and production value.In various performance indicators of digital dividing turntable, the precision of measuring angle is the emphasis. The article analyzes the dynamic angle measurement errors, and studied the error compensation with error correction theory. Main contents are:1) The article research on many reasons that may make the digital dividing turntable’s measuring accuracy down, such as sensor error, eccentricity error of turntable, turning error of turntable and the effect of friction.2) The article research on error compensation of digital dividing turntable’s dynamic angle measurement based on dynamic measurement theory and error compensation theory. Theoretical study include error separation technology of turntable, error correction theory, error model, the measurement data preprocessing, data fitting, and so on.3) The article makes time-grating digital dividing as a research platform to research on its measurement error, and design a error correction system.4) The article designs an error calibration system of angle’s dynamic measurement based on the time-grating digital dividing turntable. The system has two parts, one is hardware design, and the other is software design. In the hardware design, article use the design thought of form wholes to parts. In the software design, article use the design thought of modularization. In the article, there are many schematic diagram, program flowchart and program code.5) The article research on the error correction experiment with the error calibration system.
