Since the fifth of last century, with the development of the technology of grating scoring and electronics, as well as the computer science, metrological grating technique has became a special technology and developed rapidly. Now, the grating measurement system has been widely used in many regions such as industrial production and national defence. However, as the ceaseless development of metrological technique and higher request of practical application, the new demand for the measurement system of grating photoelectric device has appeared.In the thesis, it avoids the disadvantage of hardware design and presents a new dividing method based on electronics, we combine singlechip and CPLD to detect angle, the design can achieve more high requirements for precision measurement. The pivotal technique of this paper is to use CPLD achieving dividing and distinguishing direction, and use singlechip achieving farther dividing, thereby, it can do more high angle measurement and resolving power of angle. The design of this paper is more useful for the development of metrological grating technique.
