With the rapid development of China’s social economy, the construction of a large number of high-rise buildings, the improvement of people’s living standard, people’s demand for residential functional, health is more and more high. But the building water supply and drainage system as an important part of the building function is attracting more attention.the building drainage research has gradually focus on water seal what as the key of building drainage system each function.The issue do a survey about water seal related products and technology means, research and analysis the water seal in the building drainage system trough the extensive experiment. This paper mainly conducts the research from three aspects, the effect of water seal for the drainage capacity, the performance of water seal, water evaporation of water seal in the building drainage system analyzing the problems of water seal installation base on test to further optimize.The test results show that, the pressure fluctuation in drainage pipes has nothing to do with the length of the trap accessing to horizontal branch, relates the flow of drainage system. It’s A positive correlation between the flow and pressure, the greater the flow, the drainage system pressure fluctuations larger. Water seal also restricts the drainage capacity, the interaction between water seal and drainage flow. Pressure with drainage flow rate changing, water seal regulation tube pressure, to prevent the pressure in pipe into the room. when reach a certain degree, water seal will breakdown, the drainage flow rate is over the drainage ability to allow drainage system. At the same time ventilation system can directly affect the drainage performance, reasonable set of ventilation system can effectively increase the discharge capacity of drainage system.Factors of water seal.is mainly affected by the water seal height, water seal ratio, water seal capacity. Construction of water seal device control the maximum height of the water seal. The water seal height affects directly the water seal device ability to withstand pressure fluctuations within the drainage system.Water seal ratio affects "the second barrier" which against pressure in water seal, precisely the influence of surplus water after the first pressure fluctuation. The water seal capacity is a comprehensive influence factors, combine water seal ratio and water seal height.The main factors affecting the water evaporation area, temperature, humidity etc. Water evaporation area is greater, the higher the temperature, the humidity is smaller, faster evaporation.Effect of water evaporation area of water evaporation loss equivalent Influence of water ratio. When the other conditions are the same, water seal ratio more bigger, less water evaporation. Reducing reduce the water seal water inlet area and increasing water seal ratio can effectively reduce the water evaporation area. In real life, the water seal stamp or seal can effectively reduce the water evaporation loss.In this study, through experiment and theoretical analysis, suggestions for effective ways to solve the existing methods of building water seal, which can be achieved from water seal height compensation, the timing supplement water for water seal and so on.
