Based on the existing early-age theory of pavement, through three-dimensional numerical simulation and field test of reinforced concrete pavement to reveal the mechanical behavior characteristic of reinforced concrete pavement at early-age, the mechanical properties of reinforced concrete slab under the linkage effects of early age and service period and the difference between cement concrete pavement, specific as follows:The buckling deformation of pavement plate happen in the in 60 hours, due to the low modulus of concrete, panel deformation is given priority to with voids warping deformation. The main deformation of pavement plate is voids warping deformation. Further along with the age growth,1/4 position of plate, the center of plate, began to participate in the whole deformation of the panel and appear basis. The trend of stress variation of reinforcement is the same as concrete, and the stress in the reinforcement is significantly greater than the stress in concrete. There is a fluctuations cycle phenomenon on the stress in the reinforcement on the bottom and the top of the board. But the transform relatively between tension and compression are more stable than the concrete. Stress of the reinforcement in the middle of the board fluctuations larger. And the absolute value are larger the stress of the reinforcement in other position.Concrete material parameters and interface parameters, rather than reinforced design parameters, significantly influence the early age mechanical behavior of reinforced concrete pavement. Tangential stiffness and normal stiffness coefficient significantly impact on the vertical displacement of the plate angle. And, the tangential expansion coefficient, pavement thickness, pavement length, the tangential stiffness and normal stiffness coefficient significantly impact on the concrete stress of the board. And concrete coefficient of thermal expansion, the impact of pavement thickness significantly impact the reinforcement stress.Effects of seasonal climate conditions and construction time for the early age mechanical behavior of the panel, is mainly reflected in the curing temperature generated in the panel after the final set, and the stress history effect by the daily fluctuation of the seasonal temperature difference. In some point of time of the summer and spring, the daily temperature difference is bigger. For example, the curing temperature is bigger if the panel which is constructed at at 7:00 in the morning, it has a greater impact on the early age properties of the panel.JPCP has the similar traits on early age with JRCP, but there are significant differences with the CRCP. JPCP and JRCP will have a greater warpage. CRCP has better flatness, but concrete stress is large and tensile stress sustained in the state, and early cracking easily occurred. The stress of reinforced concrete pavement will be smaller than ordinary concret pavement’s,but the steel main reducing adjacent concrete stress, under the same reinforcement ratio, the double steel mesh form of pavement structure, can also reduce the stress in the top and bottom of concret pavement.Under the same conditions, the early curing warpage of JRCP is larger than JPCP,the warpage formed in early age significantly affect the service performance of pavement, with the angle of plate warping displacement increases, reducing the role of steels in slab, which is particularly detrimental. The full-scale test found that:basic laws and numerical analysis conclusion are closed, the displacement and stress on the specific parts of the plate in early age, not only effected by the outside ambient temperature effect, but also the combined effects of curing temperature, hydration reaction, gravity, creep deformation and plate shape and internal coordination of stress and strain, the character performance is quite different from the mature cement concrete pavement.
