Current with the process of China’s urbanization speed up each year to build700million m2residential, the entire construction industry is facing heavy demandfor housing, increasingly expensive labor costs, construction quality needs to beimproved, as well as the extensive production of much-needed change that reality.Traditional method of residential construction constitutes a serious restriction andinfluence of housing construction development, does not meet the current demandfor residential construction. Therefore, changing the way the residential construction,vigorously promoting the industrialized House construction, so as to realize thehousing industry is adapting to the development needs of China’s urbanizationprocess. And in the context of current building, was at unprecedented levels ofdevelopment of the housing industry has become a new growth point of China’seconomic development. At the same time, housing industrialization is also fullyreflects the development level of a country’s social, economic and scientific mirrordevelopment on the structure of housing industry modernization, constructionmaterials are also put forward higher requirements, a variety of new structures, newmaterials came into being. Therefore, analysis and discussion of new forms ofresidential architecture, designing a good structural properties, constructionconvenience is quick, reasonable cost and energy saving and environmentalprotection new types of structures in order to improve the architecture andtechnology level in China, promoting rapid economic growth and the achievement ofsignificant relevance to energy conservation and environmental protection. As far asthe floor, convenient construction and speed up the progress of construction, therewere various forms of composite slab, such as profiled sheet-concrete floors,large-span Sandwich laminated slab. This research object is17China MetallurgicalGroup Corporation in collaboration with Anhui University of architecture design ofa performance-based design of a new reinforced concrete composite slab.This article through three blocks of static loading test of reinforced concretecomposite floor, resulting in floor load deflection load-strain relationship, floor-slabcracking load, ultimate load performance. In addition, this article uses generalpurpose finite element program ANSYS to benchmark composite slab, put togetherto sew to laminated reinforcement patchwork panels, laminated Board establishedthe model of finite element analysis and nonlinear analysis. Through benchmarkcomposite slab, put together to sew reinforcement patchwork laminated boards,compare results of the finite element analysis of laminated plates and comparison with test results, so as to draw some useful conclusions. For this new type oflaminated floors in the future computer simulations provide a reference.
