Today society is in rapid economic development stage, people’s living standards are constantly improving,which will inevitably lead to power supply companies to supply quality having higher requirements.In this paper, with Changle area network construction as the basic reality, in order to reduce power range, shorten outage time, improve power quality, improve reliability, to provide users with higher quality of service, according to Changle load demand in the region and the actual distribution grid lines, proposed the building in line with State Grid Corporation of standardization, integration, diversification characteristic distribution automation system building programs. This paper mainly from the master distribution automation, sub-stations, room, terminals and communication systems, etc. have made functional configuration program and realistic reform measures in order to achieve the master distribution automation system technology development, design, construction and operation of standardization, contrast before and after with economic benefits, management benefits, social benefits start.At the same time, the distribution network design requirements, layout, control and operation modes must be properly upgraded to comply with new energy and power generation requirements. The transformation of the construction plan is to integrate different from the past where the intelligent automation of photovoltaic technology in the transformation of Changle, in accordance with the future network development plan, the development of distributed power will become the mainstream trend of historical development, providing clean energy to social progress.To reduce daily electricity costs, as well as respond to the call of a low-carbon China, with Changle area features abundant sunshine resources, this paper analyzes and discusses distribution automation framework construction and design of photovoltaic grid. According to the light in Fuzhou prospects, combined with access to a small mini-pilot photovoltaic power plant proposed typical design of distributed power grid and grid operation. The photovoltaic power generation system consists of solar modules, combiner boxes, and inverter, measuring meter, control systems and other auxiliary equipment.
