With the increase of the number of cars each year, in promoting China’s economic development, but also brought a severe energy crisis and environmental pollution problems. In order to achieve energy conservation, low-carbon environmental protection requirements, the need to further improve the fuel efficiency of internal combustion engines. From the thermodynamic point of view of energy use, analyzes the effective utilization of exhaust gas energy more feasible and practical measures. On the engine, in the installation of a turbocharger, the power to give rise significantly improved, so as to achieve the effect of reducing fuel consumption Turbocharged diesel engine with the matching problem is not simple, in order to achieve optimum pressure ratio, turbocharger design point operating point only in a part region of high efficiency. In order to take into account the needs and supercharged diesel engine turbochargers work efficiently, we propose a gas recovery and intake control program set to air reservoir and a pump based on the supercharged engine exhaust energy recovery and discuss issues. In this paper, the use of simulation software GT-Power to build a one-dimensional simulation model 4102 diesel engine. After adding a simple model of a pressurized air reservoir, calculate the recovery at low speed and high speed booster effect on engine operation. Select 1200 rpm,1400 rpm,2600 rpm rotational speed of 2800 rpm the four simulations are simulated under different load conditions diesel engine to obtain the sensitivity of different conditions of inlet pressure variations. Simulation results show that at low speed supercharger supercharged big load can increase engine power and torque, low speed high torque effect, so there is a certain decrease in specific fuel consumption. At high speed, low load, air-fuel ratio is high, the pressurized air through a pump to reduce air-recycling, while recovering the energy of compressed gas, the diesel power increased.
