AC contactor is important electrical component in the industry automatical control system. Ensuring reliable operation of the whole system is very important. By analyzing advantages and disadvantages of AC contactor, corresponding solutions and intelligent control are proposed for shortage of AC contactor and electrical appliances intelligent concept is proposed. With continuous development of industrial technology, achieving communication, programming and intelligent control are put forward for AC contactor.Therefore, intelligent control of motion process and dynamic characteristics of AC contactor are researched in order to optimize structure parameters and electrical parameters, improve its performance and integrate into more intelligent control function.In this paper, three dimension dynamic characteristics testing system of intelligent AC contactor is developed independently. The system on the one hand realizes intelligent control of AC contactor in closing and breaking of different control condition, on the other hand control high-speed camera to collect sequence image data of AC contactor three dimension dynamic process. On the basis of auxiliary plane mirror imaging technology, three dimension test method of dynamic characteristics of intelligent AC contactor is proposed firstly based on monocular high-speed camera with accurately acquiring image sequences of intelligent AC contactor three dimension dynamic process by analyzing camera imaging principle and three dimension coordinate change influence factors of imaging process.Two dimension coordinate values of marked points on intelligent AC contactor moving parts are extracted from images sequence,and then get three dimension coordinate values of moving parts by algorithm.Dynamically track posture change of the intelligent AC contactor in three dimension space. The large amount data of core, contact three dimension motion under different closing phase angle is obtained by testing system.Dynamical characteristics of intelligent AC contactor in three dimension space are comprehensively analyzed.Compared with motion curves of intelligent AC contactor under different conditions, best working condition of intelligent AC contactor are analyzed.This paper builds spatial intelligent AC contactor motion model and realizes spatial motion reconstruction of intelligent AC contactor. it is put forward to creating virtual prototype model of AC contactor by Proe, and then imported it into the simulation environment. Using three point motion regular curve from the moving parts of the AC contactor reconstruct core and contact space three-dimensional motion of AC contactor in ADAMS kinematics simulation platform.Dynamic characteristics of AC contactor are comprehensively explored by measuring and analyzing the movement of other points on moving parts, changing perspective, blanking peripheral block components.The method effectively reappear space motion process of AC contactor. It has profound significance for understanding dynamic characteristics of AC contactor and optimizing structure parameters and electric parameters of AC contactor prototype to analyzing the space position of moving parts of AC contactor.
