This article is for permanent magnet synchronous motor with memory attenuation of rooted unscented kalman filter algorithm of the vector control system. The main content is:First, introduced the concept of coordinate transformation. Compared the stator magnetic field orientation, rotor magnetic field orientation, the air-gap magnetic field directional differences. Introduced the mathematical model of the permanent magnet synchronous motor in static coordinate system and in dq rotating coordinate system. Introduced the principle of space vector pulse width modulation.Second, This paper expounds the kalman filter algorithm to estimate the principle of permanent magnet synchronous motor position and speed. Derived extended kalman equations of permanent magnet synchronous motor in rotating coordinate system and in a stationary coordinate system. Gave the EKF sensorless permanent magnet synchronous motor speed regulation system control block diagram. Constructed the simulation system of PMSM based on EKF. Achieve no sensor in the motor control application. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and rationality of EKF algorithm in sensorless motor control.Third, This paper expounds the principle of Sigma points kalman filtering algorithm. Simulated the extended kalman filter, unscented kalman filter, rooted unscented kalman filter with memory attenuation, respectively. Analyzed the motor speed and position angle when the system load changes and thus shows the improved algorithm on robust optimization.Last, Adopts TMS320F2812 digital signal processor of TI company as control core, the hardware structure and software of the control system design principle. Hardware parts including the control circuit and IPM of the peripheral circuit design, software using C language to write, and gives the system flow chart of main program and the PWM interrupt handler. using Visual c++6.0 to program the upper machine.Debugged the program in the Code Composer Studio 3.3. Verify the correctness of the design with the experimental results.
