The primary energy source is coal-based in china, and there are rich coal resources in our country where the low volatile coals like anthracite accounts for a large proportion.According to the experience of pulverized coal burner design, a new burner based on a normal pulverized coal burner is designed in this paper to solve the poor combustion of the anthracite,namely the Gas Surported Pulverized Poal(GSPC) burner.In this paper, a three-demensional numerical calculation is established to the GSPC burner, the fields of flow, particals, temperatrue and concentration are numerical simulated. The infuluence of the burner’s structure to the effect of the natural gas surpporting the anthracite is analyzed by the flow field calculation, the statement and the movement of the particals is analyzed by the partical field calculation, the mixing effect of the natural gas and the pulverized anthracite is analyzed by the concentration calculation, and the mode of the combustion-supporting is analyzed by the temperature calculation. The pulverized coal from the primary flow duct can be concentrated in the boundary of the recirculation zone by the effect of the necking flarings.Meanwhile,the buring natural gas from the center flow duct can be mixed with the primary air immediately.The high speed front secondary swirl air can blow the wall of the prechamber to protend the pulverized coal desposition and slagging.
