With the development of the human society, a series of problems were brought by the traditional motor vehicle such as highlighted resource consumption and environmental pollution problems. Fuel cell vehicle for its no pollution, zero emissions, as well as various prominent performances has gradually become another hot spot of research. On this occasion, the studies of fuel cell vehicle propulsion performance, fuel economy, reliability and test methods are of very practical significance.The structure and classification of fuel cell vehicle were firstly introduced in this thesis. By analysis the advantages and disadvantages of each type, a fuel cell hybrid consisting of a fuel cell and a pack of batteries were chose to research. After comparison of different types of main parts in the fuel cell vehicle, the types of the fuel cell the battery and motor are determined, then this thesis complete the parameters matching design of the overall system. Based on the ADVISOR software, a relatively perfect fuel cell hybrid electric vehicle simulation model in the MATLAB/SIMULINK simulation environment is build. In order to analyze the model of vehicle performance, this thesis combined with the actual situation and establishes a simulation driving cycle of Chinese typical cities, and embedded into the ADVISOR simulation software. In addition, the traditional energy management of the fuel cell vehicle is analyzed. According to the fuzzy logic control theory, design a fuel cell vehicle control strategy based on T-S fuzzy logic control and embedded in the ADVISOR simulation software successfully.Finally, the simulation results show that, compared with power following control strategy, the fuel cell vehicle control strategy designed based on the T-S fuzzy logic control can reduce hydrogen consumption in the whole running process and improve the working performance.
