The global automotive industry has been pursuing innovation and actively seeking more efficient and clean automotive energy technologies.The fuel cell is undoubtedly a very ideal energy source because of its advantages such as high efficiency,zero emissions,and energy saving.Therefore,the research and development of fuel cell vehicles has became one of the major projects in China’s new energy development strategy.This paper takes the fuel cell tractor4×2 models of a domestic automobile company as the research object to explore the aspects of powertrain matching,vehicle power,vehicle economy and energy management strategy.Firstly,the power system configuration of the fuel cell tractor is studied.According to the scientific feasibility analysis of the fuel cell hybrid power system configuration scheme,the hybrid drive scheme of the fuel cell and power battery is finally selected.The parts are selected and matched with the parameters.Secondly,the paper analyzes and compares the switch / power following strategy,and combines fuzzy control theory to design a fuzzy control strategy based on fuel cell efficiency.The strategy has dual input and single output,and builds a fuzzy control strategy model based on MATLAB/Simulink platform,and carries out joint simulation with the whole vehicle physical model based on Cruise.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the impact of control strategies on the performance of the vehicle such as power and economy.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the impact of vehicle quality,rolling resistance coefficient,and wind resistance on the 100-kilometer hydrogen consumption of the vehicle,based on the vehicle model and control strategy model.Finally,according to the characteristics of the local operating conditions of this model,UDC,six operating conditions,40km/h constant speed and other cyclic operating conditions were selected to carry out power follow and simulation research based on fuzzy control energy management strategy.
