In railway passenger cars, a new generation of high-speed trains and inter-city buses are the latest achievements of China’s high-speed railway,the new generation of high-speed railway passenger cars, running speed, safety and stability are directly related to performance of the bogie frame of the passenger cars. Now a company’s high-speed emu and inter-city bus architecture compound process easy positioning clamping rely on special welding jig and manual adjustment,so special fixture can not adapt to a variety of bus frame size, positioning adjustment and clamping position are poor in accuracy and reliability done manually, workers labor intensity and low efficiencythe. To solve above problems, this paper designed the frame model railway passenger more flexible welding jig system.Flexible welding jig system use modular approach for structural design. First of all, the flexible welding beam positioning clamping fixture system module, side beam positioning clamping module, vertical shock absorber seat positioning clamping module, air spring support beam positioning clamping module has carried on the overall design; Secondly, the variou modules of the flexible welding jig system has carried on the concrete structure design, including beam positioning clamping module of the X, Y, Z position clamping device design, the side beam positioning clamping module of the X, Y, Z position clamping device design, vertical shock absorber seat positioning clamping module of Z axis positioning clamping device design, air spring support beam positioning clamping in Y and Z to positioning clamping device module design.The module size design and the major components selection calculation of the flexible welding jig system. Based on a variety of sizes of passenger train and compound type technical requirements proceed comprehensive analysis, To design the size of the flexible welding jig system module positioning clamping device and the major components selection calculation, confirm the reasonable size of each module and reasonable model component, Meet the requirements of system technology.Using ANSYS software of finite element analysis for Main bearing parts of the flexible welding jig system carry out finite element simulation analysis and check.
