The metro traction drive test platform is an important test system for the performance of key components of metro vehicles before they leave the factory.During the test,the traction motor needs to frequently experience starting acceleration and braking deceleration,which consumes a large amount of electric energy during acceleration,and the deceleration process generates a certain amount of regenerative electric energy during braking.Regenerative power will cause DC bus voltage fluctuations.Most domestic test platforms use bleeder resistors to consume regenerative power,which not only consumes regenerative power but also increases the energy consumption of exhaust air cooling equipment,resulting in unnecessary secondary power waste.In order to realize the recovery and reuse of regenerative electric energy and reduce the impact of regenerative energy on the DC bus,this paper proposes a research scheme of reversing the regenerative braking energy to the low-voltage AC power grid based on the model of the traction test system of metro vehicles And design the condition detection program of the test system.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Modeling and simulation analysis of traction drive test system.First,from the perspective of energy utilization,by analyzing the domestic and foreign development status of traction drive test platforms and the advantages and disadvantages of mainstream regenerative energy absorption schemes,determine the inverter regenerative regenerative braking energy as a research scheme;secondly,the traditional feedback traction test platform of metro Based on the composition structure and working principle,the qualitative analysis of the generation of regenerative energy and the direction of flow;Secondly,based on the construction of the traction motor motion model,vector control model,and mechanical shaft dynamics model,the vehicle traction drive test system model was established.And simulation analysis of the traction motor when braking at different speeds.(2)Modeling and simulation of inverter feedback to low-voltage grid system.Firstly,based on the study of the voltage source PWM inverter,quantitatively calculate the parameters of the main components of the inverter circuit;secondly,by comparing and analyzing the filtering effects of different filters,design a voltage and current control system based on the SVPWM control method,and give The working principle of its PLL phase-locked loop.Finally,a circuit model of inverter feedback to the low-voltage power grid system is constructed,and the simulation results verify the rationality of the design results.(3)In terms of program design and test verification.Firstly,assist the manufacturer in setting up the inverter feedback system on the metro traction drive test platform of Shijiazhuang Railway University,and perform the overall commissioning.Secondly,design and compile energy feedback detection software and test platform condition detection software,and carried out various test projects.Finally,a large number of test data show that the inverter feedback scheme can not only ensure the stable operation of the test platform,but also suppress the DC bus voltage Fluctuations.
