At present, China's industrial economy has been questioned for its high resource consumption and environment pollution.The sustainable development of those enterprises with high energy consumption is facing severe challange. Asynchronous motor loads are widely applied in industrial and mining enterprises, so the energy consumption of power supply and distribution should not be neglected in the present industrial system whose scale is larger and larger and whose degree of synthesis is higher and higher. It is practical and meaningful for us to study a stategy of energy saving and a calculating method for the motor and power supply distribution.Based on the operation of motor and take the load torque as parameter, this paper discusses the best star-delta switch point of asynchronous motor. The iron loss of motor model is taken into account. Then the relationship among total loss and load torque and the terminal voltage is obtained. The formula is derived from the relationship between star-delta switch point and the terminal voltage. This thesis analyses the variation trend of switch point at different terminal voltage. The loss-load torque diagram at different voltage is obtained. The experiment result shows that the theoretical analysis is correct. Considering the system loss of motor comprehensively, the algorithm in this paper is improved based on the old Back/Forward Sweep Algorithm. The new algorithm considers the motor and the distribution net together, uses the output of the motor as the input power. Finally,some energy saving strategies are made especially for the factory which is involved in this paper.Using the promoted Back/Forward Sweep Algorithm to judge,then we not only know which is better,the accuracy of the algorithm is also proved.These stragedies can provide reference for further studying and thinking in energy saving.
