With the development of the district heating system and the construction of an economical society in China, the regulation of the heat-supply station conservation operation has its significance in reducing energy consumption, reducing heat-supply operation’s costs, and improving the efficiency of energy use.First of all, this essay introduces the present situation of the heat-supply station conservation operation’s regulation at home and abroad and clarifies the research’s subject. Also, it studies the regulation methods of the current heat-supply station.Meanwhile, this essay summarizes the methods and theories of the regulation’s automatic control in practical project application, including Secondary for supply temperature regulation, Circulating pump frequency conversion adjustment,make-up water pump frequency conversion adjustment, and the electric temperature control valve adjustment.At present, the energy consumption of public buildings has a large proportion in the total social energy consumption. The energy wasted by public buildings draws more and more public attention. In this essay, a new regulation method of the public building heat-supply station conservation operation and its reform plan in practical project application has been introduced.The residential heating has gradually changed from the district heating system to the supply-on-demand heating system after the promotion of the heating metering renovation in recent years. For this reason, the regulation method of the current heat-supply station operation cannot meet the residential heating’s demand at present.In this essay, a new regulation method which aims to control the water temperature based on the secondary flow and the change of outdoor temperature has been introduced. This method has been proved to be able to improve the supply speed and save energy through verification and circulation.In the study, one heat-supply station located in a residential area and another located in office buildings area have been selected. The regulation method aiming to control the water temperature based on the secondary flow and the change of outdoor temperature and the regulation method of the public building heat-supply station conservation operation have been applied to these two heat-supply station respectively.The energy-saving effects of these two methods are verified based on the energy consumption data from two recent heating seasons.
