The Regulation Of The Public Building With Heat Metering In District Heating Mode

As the largest heating enterprises in Beijing,BDHG practice public building heating metering installing and meter charging since 2006.The public building heating area in metering is over 1/4 of the total area by 2013.BDHG promoted the comprehensive "source,network,station" integration and regional heating system reforming in 2015.Firstly,this passage observes and summarizes of all kinds of public building in metering,the thermal load variation with time and the outdoor temperature,and then based on the regional heating new management mode,combined with the practice and development of Beijing thermal network,in multi heat source heat metering and other fields,and public buildings heating station and two points and control system stage of variable flow of quality regulation,public building heat metering from the optimization of the heat load pricing system and business model to explore several aspects to adjust regional heating operation management unit for multi linkage angle suitable for heat metering with law of heat,the heating system becomes more energy saving and economic,safe and stable operation.
