Prefabricated Structure becomes more and more favored by all levels of Chinese Government with its short construction progress, good economic benefit, and little pollution. With the vigorously promoting the housing industrialization by the Government of Beijing, a number of researches and studies in the field of Prefabricated Node Safety Performance are being conducted. As an important subject of Beijing Prefabricated Construction Engineering Institute of Industrialization, this essay will mainly analyze and discuss about the performance of Prefabricated Concrete Structure Seismic.The first part of this paper gives a new prospective and comprehensive explanation of the development and application of the Precast Structure with the example of important research and real project. Expounds the Prefabricated Reinforced Concrete Structure in China has a bright future. Through the Formula of Constitutive Equation, here we did a original research in how to select the Material Formula which is applied for the Reinforced Concrete Model. Then through the research chose Saenz formula obtained is applicable to the constitutive equation of concrete itself.The second part, this paper, by using ANSYS software of prefabricated concrete edge node finite element model establishment method carried on the thorough discussion, carefully study a set of the most close to the real component of prefabricated finite element model establishment method. Block set up entity unit first, and then respectively division of grid, the last on the node embedded reinforcement. In this paper, in the loading process for finite element at the same time, write a set of practical strong load code. Through the above several aspects of research, preliminary established a system of prefabricated reinforced concrete simulation research.In the third part, we use the ANSYS software, finite element model of prefabricated concrete edge node load under the control of displacement loading, small displacement is studied under the condition of prefabricated concrete cast-in-site concrete edge node and edge node, the performance of the difference between the two components of the concrete stress no difference, and the prefabricated concrete reinforcement stress growth fast conclusion edge node. At the same time, with the increase of axial compression ratio of prefabricated concrete node deflection is decreased.In the last part, The researches are still based on the ANSYS software. the first of prefabricated concrete cast-in-site concrete boundary node and boundary node finite element model under repeated low cycle loading conditions to compare the performance of research, and then extract the two component and analysis of data of the last two components were obtained by analysis of stress intensity, hysteresis curves, skeleton curves, rigidity degeneration etc plastic ability. In the study of energy dissipation component, found that the hysteresis curve between the two, equivalent viscous coefficient, skeleton curve, stiffness degradation ability basically the same.And we also receive energy dissipation capacity of prefabricated concrete boundary frame joint is equivalent to energy dissipation capacity of cast-in-situ concrete node.
