With the speeding up of society, the quality of goods is regarded as an important thing for people. Air condition gradually becomes the necessities of life, especially in hot summer. The demand for electricity is also huge, it brings power system a great burden and wastes energy. In order to reduce pressure of electricity, it applies ice storage technology to air condition system to solve electricity peak-on shortage. The ice storage air condition system will consume some energy, so the photovoltaic power generation technology is applied to the ice storage air condition system. This system can take the full use of solar energy which is the endless new energy. It can save resources, achieve rapid cooling, and save the costs for using solar battery supply power for ice storage air condition system. Therefore, the use of solar power for the ice storage air condition system to provide the power source is a very meaningful research subject.This paper which is based on the ice storage strategy and load change of system builds a overall framework at the service of hybrid power supply system. It can transfer the solar energy into electrical energy storage battery in the daytime. In addition, it can release energy storage battery in order to provide power for ice maker at night. Therefore, it can achieve maximum power saving, and maximize the running reliability of the ice storage cold air condition. This paper based on the principle of photovoltaic power generation established the mathematical model of the system, then designed the system, finally make use of the Matlab simulation to verify the feasibility of the system. In this paper, cool storage mode, working mode and process selection is presented, and the design of ice storage air condition system is to use the way of melting ice in the host upstream in series form of system. The system simulation results responded this system can use solar energy to power the ice storage air condition system.Through the simulation of the mathematical model of photovoltaic power generation system, output voltage of solar panels is quickly stable near the maximum power point voltage near the maximum power point after a brief adjust. It proves the validity of the maximum power point tracking strategy of this system, the tracking speed is rapid and steady state error is smaller. In the case of complete melting ice, the temperature of this system is 7 to 8 degree lower than the market of ice storage air condition system by evaluating the temperature in the ice storage air condition system. It can guarantee the operation of low temperature and low cost. So this technology will occupy the important position, and bring benefits for the factory.
