| Most active industrial workshops of steel and heavy manufacturing enterprises in our country were built in 1950s and 1960s. The workshop equipment was obsolete, crane tonnage was big, production process was backward, and main component had different degree of damage. In recent years, with the rapid development of these enterprises, production process has changed, smelting equipment has replaced, and crane tonnage has soared, in order to meet the manufacturing, these workshops are badly in need of change and expansion. As a result, we should pay more and more attention to the workshop structural reliability assessment.Now our country is in a new phase which shift from the new-build and old house revonation to emphasizing maintenance and modernization, and the task of the reliability assessment and reinforcement of the structure is very important. Engineering and technical personnel need reliability assessment for a large number of used for many years buildings, that is, according to the result of testing and reliability analysis, on the basis of certain assessment standard and methods, and they gradually evaluate the reliability of the buildings’ each part and whole, then determine the corresponding reliability level and indicate the buildings’ specific parts and components which don’t meet reliability requirements. Finally, they give treatment suggestions.If it lacks these steps,or the reliability assessment conclusion is inaccurate or incomplete, it will be difficult to make the maintenances, reinforcements and renovations of the building achieve good effect.Even it lead to a new hidden trouble. In practical engineering, there are a lot engineering accidents caused by inaccurate or incomplete reliability assessment conclusion. Therefore, the correct reasonable reliability evaluation method is particularly important.Based on the crane upgraded engineering of a heavy steel structure workshop, using practical methods produced, this paper deeply analyzed the reliability appraisal and reinforcement and reconstruction of a monolayer steel structure plant structure. According to the comprehensive detection and reliability assessment of the building foundation, the upper bearing structure, and the palisade structure, we found that there were serious defects and damage in the powerhouse structure. Meanwhile, the workshop itself need crane upgrade, which will increase the crane load. According to professional structure calculation software, we could calculate the bearing capacity and stability of structural components, analize the structure stress status and characteristics, put forward reinforcement and reconstruction plan of many sets of structural system, and confirm the final reinforcing scheme according to the workshop existing conditions, the construction feasibility and economic factors. After calculation, the reinforced structure can meet the crane upgraded requirements, and no abnormalities are found by the review. |
