With the wind turbine to large-scale development, a large impeller diameter, low wind speed wind resource area, the reliability of the wind turbine pitch system requirements are increasingly high, variable pitch design of the drive system are increasingly high demands on the wind turbines. Open gear pitch bearing, pitch drive gear box, pitch servo motor and connected with the drive and bearing transmission is an important part of pitch drive system, these parts are able to meet the wind turbine service life of 20 years, whether can satisfy the 50 year return period extreme wind, can satisfy the drive blade of wind turbine to ensure that the power of the wind power generator and pneumatic brake adjustment under design loads, these on the whole wind turbine operation is very necessary.Aiming at the high MW wind turbine with variable pitch system of process design in practical engineering problems, in order to improve the reliability of wind turbine pitch drive system, this paper takes 2MW pitch drive system design as the research object, to change the traditional algorithm for simple engineering calculation method of bearing capacity of the gear and the application of a method of analysis and calculation to meet processing method, open gear load carrying capacity of GL design guidelines for certification requirements. The establishment of the system reliability evaluation model, size optimization design of gear transmission system, puts forward a kind of wind turbine pitch system of blade root load processing method, the complex and chaotic fatigue load distribution (LDD) treatment as can be directly used for equivalent load calculation and design, and provide a theoretical basis for design and calculation of the whole transmission system check and the various parts; macro parameter optimization results are based on the properties of the gear bearing; in the selected bearing and gear opening system design parameters as the input condition, design of open gear drive side bearing and the bearing inner ring. Finally, according to the design safety requirements for design results of reference GL guidelines for wind turbine pitch system for variable propeller drive system reliability for proper assessment. Provides a reference design ideas, methods and new techniques for high power wind turbines.
