As the core part of wind turbine,variable pitch control system plays an important role in power regulation and pneumatic braking.In this respect,the technical level of paddle control abroad is far beyond our country.China has the world's largest installed capacity in wind power market,but there is no control technology of its own paddle.In addition,the national call for wind power equipment is more than 70%,so the design of a kind of independent intellectual property control technology is every one.The wind power is incumbent on the people.In this paper,the working principle,structural design and characteristics of the variable pitch control system and its function in the doubly fed induction generator set are introduced in detail,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the realization of the home-made paddle control system.Then,the working mode,the hardware structure,the design defect and the improvement of the control system of the GE1.5MW unit are deeply dissecting.In this paper,a more optimized paddle control strategy is put forward in this paper.The most classical closed-loop control principle and PI control algorithm are selected in the control theory.When the maximum wind energy conversion rate is not obtained when the rated wind speed is less than the rated wind speed,this paper introduces the use of the "mountain climbing" method and the "gain method" to determine the operating coefficient of the best wind energy utilization.When the rated wind speed is larger than the rated wind speed,the paddle control system begins to participate in the power control.The optimal blade tip speed ratio is related to the maximum blade speed ratio,and the optimal gain table is also used to control the output of the pitch angle.Finally,through the modeling of the variable propeller control system,the relationship between each link of the variable propeller control is established,which makes the optimal control strategy of the variable pitch control realized.In addition,in the selection of the components of the variable propeller control system,a number of improved methods are proposed,such as the use of AC asynchronous oar motor without carbon brush wear,and lithium ion batteries with large capacity and no maintenance,which provide important guarantee for the domestic application of the control system of the variable propeller control system.The successful application of the homemade of the variable propeller control system plays an important role in the improvement of the manufacturing level of the wind power unit in our country,which has taken an important step for our country Although there is a big gap between our control technology and foreign countries,we continue to explore and constantly break through the pitch control technology.
