Because of the prevalence of traditional cast concrete floor force poor performance, poor insulation properties, spanning small shortcomings. This paper further concrete steel fiber and composite materials, ribbed and foam concrete composite structural forms, combined with innovation carried out in materials, processes and structure, presents better mechanical performance and better thermal function the new foam concrete ribbed steel fiber composite floor system.The basic contents of this article are:(1)developed lightweight foam concrete which used industrial waste;(2)combined fiber steel reinforced concrete with foam concrete developed the reliable performance of steel fiber reinforced foam concrete composite ribbed board;(3) then study with the same amount of steel different steel fiber content and different amounts of 3 bar arrangement composite panels under the same static loads, steel and steel fiber ratio under the influence of properties of steel fiber concrete composite ribbed foam board. In this paper, experimental study and numerical simulation methods is used. First,three test board under the same force and boundary conditions, the measured strain under load levels, span deflection, crack width, limit capacity, failure modes and other special features of the force; then by ABAQUS finite element analysis software for the three test panels and a general reference board ribbed simulation analysis in the context of the same test conditions, and finally its simulation results with experimental data the corresponding data were compared, analysis concluded.Through this experiment showed that:(1) in the context of the same amount of reinforcing steel in the same load effect, compared to steel fiber-free foam concrete ribbed test board, foam concrete ribbed steel fiber composite panels throughout stress crack development process is slow, the overall stiffness, ductility, greatly improving the safety board reserves;(2) under the same experimental conditions, the steel fiber volume rate of 2% steel fiber concrete ribbed foam composite panels extreme load is lower, indicating dispersed inside the steel fiber concrete cannot form a concentrated force to resist loads, an increase of only steel fiber content is not the best solution to improve the mechanical properties by the board;(3) than ordinary ribbed concrete slabs, steel fiber-free foam ribbed elastic-plastic stage plate into a large mutation, poor overall ductility.To sum up, even process of steel fiber foam concrete ribbed plates Concrete is more complicated than normal, but because the floor structure system by good mechanical properties, good crack resistance and better thermal insulation properties etc. in the long run, steel fiber foam concrete ribbed plates has lower operating costs and lower maintenance costs. From the perspective of entire life cycle of building, in the new period, the ribbed compound floor satisfy the new national building industry requirements, building energy efficiency, green building. Therefore, economic bonus, environmental profit and social benefits have big significance, by virtue of big application space and good market prospects.
