Steel and concrete composite structure is developing rapidly in recent years,and has been widely concerned by engineers and researchers.The combination of profile steel and concrete has the advantages of profile steel and concrete respectively.The steel and concrete's bonding effect on the mechanical properties and the failure modes of overall structure has great influence.This paper mainly studies the bond-slip performance of foam concrete and cold-formed thin-walled C-shape steel's flange and web with ribs.Forty-four test specimens designed study that the six kinds of circumstances under the four kinds of foamed concrete density by push-out text,which is profile steel not processed,profile steel flange with single rib and double ribs,profile steel web plate with single rib and double ribs and profile steel flange and web added ribs.According to the existing steel reinforced concrete bond-slip theory,and through observing the test process and the test result's regression analysis of bond-slip between cold-formed thin-walled C-shape steel and foam concrete,it studies that the five factors,which are profile steel not processed,profile steel flange with single rib and double ribs,profile steel web plate with single rib and double ribs and profile steel flange and web added ribs,affect the performance of bond slip on interface.The P-S curve and its characteristics are analyzed by the test data.At the same time,the forming process and fracture mode of the specimens during the loading period were observed.Based on the analysis of the test data and the load-displacement curve,the relationship between the 5 factors and the load characteristic values,such as the initial slip load,the ultimate load and the residual load,is discussed.Through regression analysis,it is concluded that the regression equation of single factor and multiple factors impact on the load characteristic values and the bond stress characteristic values of profile steel foam concrete,and it makes the calculated values compared with experimental values and error analysis,the results show that the calculation results is close to the test's.At the same time,through the analysis of test data,it is obtained that the constitutive relation of the bond-slip on interface between C-shape steel and foam concrete.The finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the analysis.In the process of simulation,the stress and strain nephograms of specimens under several different conditions was selected,and the changes of stress and strain around interface between foam concrete and C-shape steel under corresponding conditions were analyzed.The results were compared with the experimental results,and the two groups were consistent.
