In recent years, with the rapid development of the domestic construction industry, more and more new materials used in the construction of the city.Steel- concrete composite structure is a kind of foam composed of cold-formed thin-wall steel and concrete foam combined into a new light composite structure system. High density foam concrete used in the wall and other load-bearing structure has very large development space between and prospect. But in the actual work, steel- concrete composite member bubble interface if premature failure, there is a risk bearing capacity low. The domestic study on bond slip properties, the structure of this new type of needle belongs to the blank field. According to the research on slip behavior of thin-walled steel and high strength foam concrete, the ability to reflect the collaborative work of this new type of composite structure.The main content of this research are follows:1.Composite structures of component interface specimens internal damage mechanics performance influence factors, are discussed.2.Make 16 different kinds of C type steel- sulphoaluminate concrete foam push out specimens, carries on the axial static loading push out test, detail record of all kinds of test data and process from sustained loading on specimens.to destruction.3.To complete C type steel- sulphoaluminate concrete foam push out specimens modeling, software named ANSYS is used and the simulation model is COMBINE39 simulation of nonlinear spring element that comes with the ANSYS, the core point is two kinds of material on the contact interface bonding in the structure.By using the large finite element software ANASYS to establish the finite element model, the launch of specimen were compared and analyzed.4.Arrange the test data were compared with the result of finite element simulation, rendering launch test F-D curve, the establishment of bond slip the constitutive relation model, the analysis of compressive strength of foamed concrete, embedment length factors on bond slip performance, summarizes the combined specimen interface failure mechanism, puts forward the control interface slip, feasible measures for enhancing cooperation ability the work of the C type steel and sulphoaluminate foam concrete composite structure.The research results of this paper make the foam concrete are supplemented and improved in the load-bearing structure, has the certain reference value.
