In recent years, with the rapid development of the technology of steel structure, steel structure buildings are more and more used in practical engineering. But because a lot of steel structure is working in the harsh external environment, and used e of a certain number of years, but also bear the external loads and man-made destruction, so for the reinforcement and repair work of steel structure building is very necessary. In this paper, the interfacial bond stress distribution and internal force deformation of the steel structures with damage or not damage reinforced by CFRP are separately analyzed and calculated. The main results include:(1) The principle of ANSYS modeling analysis is presented, and the corresponding measures for nonlinear convergence are presented.(2) A numerical analysis of tensile specimens of CFRP strengthened steel plate by ANSYS is carried out. The stress distribution of the interface between the CFRP and the steel specimen was analyzed. It established the finite element mechanical model. By the deformation and the stress variation rule, distribution law of interfacial bond stress of the boundary condition of both ends of anchorage, one end of anchorage, no end of anchorage was analyzed.(3) The finite element simulation of CFRP reinforced steel-concrete composite beams is carried out by using ANSYS software and indoor test scheme. The effect of different degree of steel beam damage on the whole structure is discussed. It simulated the whole process of the structure progressive loading until the destruction. The finite element modeling method of the correct CFRP reinforced steel-concrete composite beam is obtained. It provides the basis for the bridge strengthening design for the following simulation.(4)The change and rule of the bridge deflection, the strain of concrete and the tension strain of the steel beam are analyzed with before and after the reinforcement.
