| How to reinforce the damaged bridges for restoring the ability quickly and effectively is one of the focus attention in engineering field. Steel plate-concrete composite(SPCC) technique is a way to reinforce damaged structure by welding bolt on steel plate and planting nail on the original structure, and pouring concrete to make the original structure and the reinforcement part form the overall joint force. This paper designs a total of three groups of seven SPCC rectangular beams. On the hand, the load is applied to the beams before reinforced. And reinforce the beams by SPCC with keeping the initial load. To study on the affect by different initial load force of steel – concrete composite reinforced rectangular beam flexural behavior. To solve the problems of sheet stripping, the end of rectangular beams is reinforcing by SPCC on the basis of flexural strengthening by SPCC. The feasibility of this method is verified by experiment, and the influence of this method on debonding failure. And better provide the basis for the reinforcement of practical engineering.Observation of the test beams from loading to failure phenomenon in different stages in the process of test. And the bending capacity, the deformation and strain results are analyzed in detail. To reveal the stress state and failure mechanism of the rectangular beams reinforced by SPCC. At the same time, verify the effectiveness of the reinforcement by comparing with the theoretical calculation. |
