Ground Source Heat Pump system as a high efficient, environmental protection, economic and energy saving air conditioning mode, is a kind of new energy technology of concern, is also a frontier topic in the field of building energy efficiency. Affected by climate, cold region long running ground-source heat pump system of underground thermal imbalance of soil, hindered the promotion and application of this technology. Therefore analysis and study the thermal imbalance of soil source heat pump system is to ensure that the cold region of soil source heat pump system efficient and stable long-term operation of important topic.In order to study the suitable for solution to the problem of cold region heat pump to heat balance technique, thermal compensation control area partition method, the author of this paper is studied, revealing the rationality of the method, after using the simulation software to predict the way that can fundamentally solve the problem of the thermal imbalance of soil temperature field.This article is the national "twelfth five-year" science and technology support project "cold region of northeast China building energy saving" key technology research and demonstration research topic "cold region energy-saving application suitability of retaining structure and soil source heat pump technology research and demonstration"(2011BAJ05B03) part of the research content.Demonstration project, this paper takes the subject of Jilin construction university teaching building soil source heat pump system as the research object, according to the practical engineering thermal physical based data, meteorological data, engineering and other projects of the basic situation of load model using Trnsys17 software build buildings, ground source heat pump system model;By building the load model, calculates the all-year hourly building cold and hot load and data analysis;By the soil source heat pump system model, respectively to simulate the cooling area of compensation, no compensation conditions and using only the situation of the ground source heat pump heating in winter when the changes of soil temperature;According to the results of annual soil temperature field simulation, study the variations of soil temperature field under operation condition; the influence on the system’s COP Predict the effect of heat pump system to run for a long time to limit the time;Will use the proceeds in three different operating condition under the ground source heat pump system is the whole life cycle the mainland soil temperature simulation results and comparison between the changes and system energy efficiency determine the cold and hot load ratio of best cold region of northeast China.
