With the development of power electronics technology. Because of its simple structure and stable control, brushless DC motor is going to replace the traditional DC motor gradually. However, the requirements of industrial production is more and more strict. Nowdays, a kind of low requirements about application environment and running more stable brushless DC motor without position sensor become a hot research direction. In this paper, the main work is remove the sensor and does not affect the precision of brushless dc motor.To abstract position signal of the rotor and then achieve the motor commutation, this system adopts a terminal voltage zero-over detection method according to the correspondence between the armature back EMF and the rotor position.A Design and implementation of motion control of sensorless brushless DC motor based on TMS320F2812 is proposed in this paper, according to the research on the back EMF zero-crossing detection methods. It is finally achieved to control the motor with the current and speed dual-loop control, and it realizes a highly efficient and stable speed control for the motor. Serial communication, which can enable communication with the host computer, is introduced into this system in order to achieve a real-time precise control for the motor. Through the load speed waveform and the modified speed wavefrom, it can be found that the speed control precision of the motor is high, and the speed deviation is small.The system is reliable and with a extremely high control accuracy.
