The development of electric vehicles is the best way to Chinaautomobile industry t o deal with energy and environment sustainable development, but also an important choi ce China fostering strategic emerging industries. In recent years, in the process of promoti ng the development of auto industry in Chinese, government and related domestic manufa cturers to vigorously promote the electric vehicletechnology, especially the development of electric vehicle key. At present, the parties are recognized as one of the core components ofthe battery pack of electric vehicle, is "the wood" bucket in the shortest, has become the bottleneck of the electric vehicle market. As with conventional cars, electric vehicle p arts must also meet the safety requirements, guarantee the service life. The battery box is an important device of electric cars to protect the battery, the structure ofdynamic and s tatic, dynamic, fatigue resistance and light weight is very important, therefore, to study the battery box under the particular conditions of stress and displacement distribution and o ptimization design of the battery box stiffness and strength of the weak parts is very im portant. Therefore, the relevant manufacturers and institutionshave carried out the battery pack technology competition development.In this paper, the modal analysis,static analysis, dynamic analysis, fatigue analysis, lig htweightanalysis, introduced the CAE technology package of structural design in electric vehicle battery, it has guiding effect on the design and development of electric vehicle battery pack. Through the comparison of structure before and after the improvement o f the dynamic and static performance of the battery box is determined to strengthen the o ptimization of structure reinforcement, verify thevalidity of the battery pack CAE, ensure t he safety, reliable battery package structure design, meet the relevant national technical sta ndards.
