The most mature type of solar collector is the parabolic trough solar collector which is most wildly used in the field of solar thermal conversion. The efficiency and econimy of the solar trough concentrator system directly depend on its performance. Therefore, researches in the thesis is on the performance of PTC are as follows:(1) The LS-2 trough solar collector model which was previouly proposed has been verified. Then, it has been simulated beyond the meteorological parameters of Daqing. When the temperature of collector, flow rate, radiative intensity and average heat flux density of receiver are respectly 30℃, 42.3L/min, 800W/m2 and 12884.4W/m2, the instantaneous efficiency is 63.87%. The influence for Daqing from most to least in turn can be inlet temperature, solar radiative intensity, diameter, flow rate, condensation area, pipe length and ambient temperature after analyzing the influence by seven single factors respectly and multifactors in orthogonal experiment. At last, the most optimal value of every parameter is obtained which inlet temperature is 30℃, solar radiative intensity is 800W/m2, pipe diameter is 75 mm, flow rate is 42.3L/min,collector area is 14m2,pipe length is 7m and ambient temperature is 20℃.(2) A kind of parabolic trough solar storage collector with phase change materials is proposed. An application process of oil gathering system is designed. Analyzed the process of this model and theoretically calcutated the gathering efficiency of this collector. The result shows that the gathering efficiency is 65% in comparison with the traditional collectors under same condisions. 105 collectors which gathering area is 4095 m2 are needed for the practical gathering loop. Finally, the economy of parabolic trough solar collector is the best after comparing between three types of collectors by calcucating the recycle period.The results of this thesis can be cited for the exploitation and utilization of PTC in Daqing.
