Parabolic trough solar system, applied in commercial use in the early 80’s of the last century, is the most mature thermal power generation system at present. Parabolic trough solar power generation system consists of solar trough concentrating heat device, tracking control device, heat storage device(or afterburning boiler), steam generating system, power generation system etc.Parabolic trough heat collection device is the core device of parabolic trough solar power generation system,which is also the key equipment of thermal conversion, The device consists of a vacuum heat collecting pipe and collecting mirrors.Build an experimental platform,whose solar collecting area is 15m2 to study the performance of solar collector:Focal line consists of three series connection vacuum heat collecting pipes.The outer layer of structure of vacuum heat collecting pipe is a glass tube, the inner layer is coated with absorbing coating of metal pipe, the middle annular vacuum can reduce heat dissipation.Install a small weather Observatory to closely monitor and record the environmental parameters of solar radiation, atmospheric wind temperature, and establish the data acquisition system to collect experimental data.The heat collecting calculation model of experimental station contained two parts,the first part is the optical efficiency calculation model of collecting mirror field, the second part is the heat transfer model of vacuum heat absorbing pipe.According to heat collecting calculation model,calculate the efficiency of parabolic trough solar collector under cycle.By making use the experiment platform to design experimental schemes under different conditions, for example, the winter and summer solar radiation in different conditions, different wind speeds, different cycle working fluid(oil and water) etc, and then come up with a more profound understanding of the performance of the concentrating collector.Calculate the heat collector heat loss of each part(radiation heat loss, heat conduction loss, convective heat loss) and draw the efficiency curve under different conditions of collector.Through comparing the different conditions of heat loss and efficiency, explore the impact of the collector efficiency factors and discuss the optimal operating point. And discuss on the deficiency and improvement of experimental bench, provide reference for the construction of heat mirror field and reduce the possible problems,which can provide reference for trough solar type power station construction.
