In a typical city Gas Co as a pilot, is carrying out basic research work.Intelligent traffic anomaly cut function module design, the abnormal flow overrun civil IC card gas meter value for parameter setting, automatic real-time calculated by the instantaneous flow of gas meter, automatic identification of statistical constant current time table, constant flow valve closing time, traffic anomaly limits, abnormal statistical flow time setting, automatic identification of normal flow with the exception of flow, to ensure that users use gas undisturbed switching recognition test, state and operation state, will not affect the replacement operation.The formulation of gas meter flow abnormal process:determine the flow velocity detecting point and interval according to the test, through the IC card will flow anomaly detection point, interval and statistical parameters into the gas meter, gas meter by testing table counting pulse calculation velocity, and the flow velocity and the IC card set value for comparative analysis, determine the abnormal flow, close the valve, and the formation of records, feedback to management system through the IC card or the wireless form, for fault analysis.Through the test plan scientific simulation environment of the scene all kinds of exceptions for household gas flow, detection methods of effective access to sufficient test data (the rich flow change test; the table, cooker contrast test:the micro flow ignition test.) And then determine the standards in abnormal flow analysis.
