Sound Velocity Profiler is a precision measuring instrument which measuring the acoustic propagation velocity in water. Now often ring around method is used to directly measure acoustic signal propagation time of sound velocity at a fixed distance, at the same time, through its own temperature and pressure sensors, profiler measuring the vertical depth and temperature of liquid, and the sound velocity meter calibration mainly adopts comparative method, under the same working conditions, the high precision velocity gauge standard test data and compare the sound velocity meter data to be detected, so as to achieve verification purpose.This paper studied the precision structure parts of the sound velocity profile meter calibration device, the device can be on the test environment which can adjust the high precision of temperature and pressure at the same time, thus realized the sound value measurement conditions. Inside this device, installed with leap method the standard for measuring the sound velocity, temperature and pressure value in standard measurement of sound velocity, high precision compare the temperature and pressure sensor measurement value, realize for the measurement of the sound velocity meter calibration.This paper analyzed the sound velocity profile gauge verification equipment at home and abroad are analyzed in this paper several kinds of main structure, and the way of realization of internal simulation environment, summarizes the advantages of the structure design and can’t meet many faults in physical field control at the same time, to meet the needs of the above innovation goals, able to precisely control the pressure and temperature of the test equipment design. The scheme design of sound velocity profile meter calibration device is available in 1400-1600 m/s sound velocity range(0.01 m/s uncertainty, U = 2) to test sound velocity profiler, it can be finished at the same time sound velocity, temperature, pressure measurement data verification, meet the current domestic and international mainstream sound velocity profiler calibration requirements.In this paper, after completion of the plan formulation, for the main structure of the sound velocity profile gauge verification equipment for the detailed mechanical structure design; Using the Solidworks 3D software for institutions and parts 3D model is established; ANSYS Workbench software, testing of the internal mixing flow field of the fluid-structure interaction analysis, structure, thermal analysis and stress analysis, further study of the internal environment field equipment for sound velocity meter standard, and by the influence of the testing instrument. At last, the testing of the whole structure of the modal and harmonic response analysis, and further to determine the reliability of the whole structure design.
