In the era of Intelligent Manufacturing in China,with the rapid development of industrial robots,cycloid pin wheel reducer as one of the core components of industrial robots,its structural performance directly determines the transmission performance and structural characteristics of the whole unit.In order to solve the problem of poor accuracy retention and high vibration and noise in the transmission process of cycloidal pin gear reducer,it is necessary to fully consider the structural characteristics and stress distribution of cycloidal pin gear under lubrication condition,so the analysis of internal flow field characteristics is essential.Perform structural analysis based on the transmission principle of the reducer,use parametric modeling and finite element simulation software to establish the model of the reducer and its main components,and check the interference of the entire model to verify the correctness of the model.In addition,considering the influence of fluid lubrication factors on the transmission structure of the cycloid pinwheel,the BSL k-ω turbulence model and Von-Mises,Navier-Stokes continuity control equations,solid control equations,fluid-structure coupling control equations,and one-way Theoretical analysis of fluid-solid coupling and the analysis process of coupled fields.Through the finite element analysis software,the cycloidal pinwheel reducer is compared and analyzed in the free mode and the constrained mode and its solid frequency.It is concluded that under the same order modal analysis,under constrained conditions The frequency is 1~2 times of the free mode;the whole machine mode is analyzed,and the vibration relationship between the parts of the reducer is obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the analysis of the structural characteristics of the parts of the reducer.Through the application of finite volume method for fluid domain analysis,finite element method for structural analysis,the fluid pressure load is applied to the structure analysis,and the stress,displacement,and deformation cloud diagrams of the cycloid pin wheel transmission system are obtained through unidirectional fluid-solid coupling simulation,It is concluded that the stress and deformation at the inlet where the fluid pressure load is large is relatively large.It can be seen that the fluid lubrication factor cannot be ignored in the analysis of the structural force.The research in this paper provides an important theoretical reference for the structural optimization design of the reducer.
